To clarify the mechanism of NLRP3 in ImAT2 cells during IAV infection, ImAT2 cells were separated from the lung of Spc creERT2+/-; R26RtdEyfp and Spc creERT2-/-; R26RtdEyfp; Nlrp3fl/fl mice infected for 24h with PR8, then subjected to RNAseq analysis.To prove that the alveolar macrophages have been enriched by signals after influenza viral infection in the lung, and such nourishing of alveolar macrophages has accounted for the elevated IFN-I response in Spc creERT2-/+; Nlrp3fl/fl mice. alveolar macrophages from tamoxifen-treated Spc creERT2-/-; Nlrp3fl/fl and Spc creERT2-/+; Nlrp3fl/fl mice infected with PR8 virus for 24 hours were sorted and subjected to RNAseq analysis.
