MicroPhenoDB

MicroPhenoDB is a database resource which manually collects and curates the data from the guideline of Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) and the NCI pathogenic thesaurus (OBO Edition), includes microbe-disease association data from the HMDAD and Disbiome databases, and connects microbial core genes from the MetaPhlan2 dataset.
