We used hiPSC-derived human midbrain organoids to investigate the influence impact and mechanism of of sevoflurane on the human brain development. The hiPSC-derived midbrain organoids were exposed in 2% sevoflurane for 2 hours, 6 hours or no exposed in sevoflurane in day 8. The inocula were removed after exposure. Then the cells were cultured with fresh medium until day 16. Midbrain organoids were harvested in day 16 and RNA was extracted. RNA sequencing was performed using an Illumina NextSeq 500 with an average of 20 million
