Data from and codes from 'Pigment concentrations only partially predict avian eggshell colour mimicry in a polymorphic host-brood parasite system'Here we share raw eggshell coloration and pigment data in CSV format. We also share R scripts that we used to manage data, analyze, and generate figures. These R scripts will write figures directly to a "figures" subdirectory, and we have included that directory with our figures. When running these codes, maintain that subdirectory and any subsequent analysis (e.g., after updating the code) will write new figures directly in place.We merged upper and lower panels of figures 2 and S2 using GIMP.
