Flow cytometry raw FCS files associated with the manuscript "A cell-based reporter assay for inhibitor screening of HCoV-OC43 Main protease"

This repository contains raw flow cytometry standard (FCS) files associated with the manuscript entitled “A cell-based reporter assay for inhibitor screening of HCoV-OC43 Main protease”.The dataset includes original FCS files generated from experiments involving GFP transfection, Mpro-GFP co-transfection, HCoV-OC43 infection, and GC376 treatment. Flow cytometry data were acquired using standard procedures and exported in FCS format.Experimental group information, file naming conventions, and sample descriptions are provided in the accompanying README.txt file.Additional FlowJo workspace files and statistical analysis data are also included to facilitate data interpretation and reproducibility.All metadata, annotations, and supporting information are provided in English to ensure accessibility for editors, reviewers, and readers.
