The MedKGent dataset is a temporally evolving medical knowledge graph constructed by the MedKGent framework, containing 156,275 entities and 2,971,384 relational triples. The knowledge graph is provided in Neo4j Dump format and can be used for various research purposes. Each node in the graph has eight key attributes: identifier, type, database, database_url, exact_keywords, semantic_embedding, text, and name.
