Supplemental datasets for the paper entitled "Proteome-wide multi-trait association analyses prioritize candidate proteins and therapeutic targets for psychiatric disorders"

To increase the power for the discovery of additional genetic variants associated with psychiatric disorders, we performed MTAG analyses by leveraging the largest GWAS summary statistics of ten major psychiatric disorders. Then, based on the results from MTAG analyses, we implemented PWAS by integrating GWAS summary statistics and human brain pQTL datasets to identify specific brain proteins for psychiatric disorders.
