In our study, we used mRNA sequencing to investigate the effect of SHIP2 inhibition on the transcriptome of KYSE-410 cells. Overall design: RNA-seq profiling was performed in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (eSCC) cell line (KYSE-410). Cells were treated with two different SHIP2 inhibitors : K149 2uM (Echelon, B-0345) or AS1949490 20 uM (Tocris, 3718). DMSO 0,1% was used as control. Cells were collected 48h after the treatment and RNA was extracted using the MicroElute Total RNA kit (Omega Biotek, R6831-02) according to the manufacturer's recommendations with DNase I digestion protocol on column.
