边缘云控平台是中心云控平台在端侧的延伸，集各类IoT设备接入、目标检测、事件检测、轨迹检测及第三方AI算法、应用运行能力于一体，可作为智慧交通全息路网、智慧交管信控自适应、智慧高速全天候通行、智慧安防区域监控等的数据采集、计算、控制平台，实现城市数字孪生。

The Edge Cloud Control Platform is an extension of the Central Cloud Control Platform deployed on the edge side. It integrates a comprehensive range of capabilities including access to various IoT devices, object detection, event detection, trajectory detection, third-party AI algorithms, and application runtime capabilities. It functions as a data collection, computing and control platform for scenarios such as the holographic road network for intelligent transportation, adaptive traffic signal control for intelligent traffic management, all-weather traffic operation for smart highways, and regional surveillance for smart security, to realize urban digital twins.
