The "Tahr_Genetic_data.zip" archive contains the genotypes files for the control region sequencing, the microsatellites and the ddRAD analysis as well as the script for the PCA analysis.
Barcode files (Individual sample names and associated barcode/molecular identifier) associated with clustering and SNAPP runs. Formatted for analysis with AftrRAD.
