Comprehensive revision of the Mallomonas Peronoides series integrating morphology and multigene phylogeny

This dataset includes multiple alignments of nuclear (nu) ITS rDNA, nu SSU rDNA, nu LSU rDNA, plastid (pt) LSU rDNA, pt rbcL, and pt psaA sequences, as well as the alignment of the complete nuclear rDNA operon and a concatenated five‑gene dataset (nuSSU–nuLSU–ptLSU–rbcL–psaA) used to infer the Mallomonas phylogeny.
