IMSR_Incident_Locations View: Final Occurrence Historical

A filtered subset of the 'LAST' or 'ONLY' incident locations (its final occurrence) and attributes from the Incident Management Situation Reports (IMSR) provided by the National Interagency Coordination Center (NICC) for previous calendar years (as they become available and are appended to the data).

本数据集为国家跨部门协调中心（National Interagency Coordination Center, NICC）提供的过往自然年度事件管理态势报告（Incident Management Situation Reports, IMSR）中，经筛选的事件最终发生位置（含单次事件的最后一次发生地点与仅发生一次的事件的唯一位置）及其对应属性子集，数据将随可用信息补充并追加至数据集内。
