Dataset: Seasonal carbon and nitrogen dynamics in a hypereutrophic farm pond with cyanobacterial blooms under the Asian monsoon climate

This release contains the dataset used to reproduce the analyses in the manuscript:"Seasonal carbon and nitrogen dynamics in a hypereutrophic farm pond with cyanobacterial blooms under the Asian monsoon climate" submitted to Biogeochemistry.The dataset comprises (1) water quality measurements from Nunoike Pond, Japan, including concentrations of total organic carbon, total nitrogen, and related variables; (2) hydroclimatic data, such as pond water level, flow rate of the inflow, temperature, and precipitation; and (3) the raw and reference data used for calibration and imputation, as well as the resulting calibrated and complimented data products.
