This genome is a special sample of Bougainvillea x buttiana 'Mrs. Butt' which undergo a very recent WGD event.
Now we have confirmed the that the Bougainvillea x buttiana 'Mrs. Butt' is produced through the hybrid process,
which we could named two parents as A and B. The sample ID of "CNA0052210" contains both two subgenome
of A and B; the sample ID of "CNA0105977" is the subgenome B (part of the CNA0052210) and the sample ID of
"CNA0105978" is the subgenome A (part of CNA0052210).
For the normal analysis you could only use the "CNA0105977" or "CNA0105978".
