Skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog: H&E

This dataset contains all haematoxylin and eosin histology data used in the manuscript <strong>The skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog model of Duchenne muscular dystrophy</strong> <br> Included are all raw images, separated into vastus lateralis (longitudinal biopsy data) and post mortem folders, with subfolders assigned according to animal ID. A further folder contains all diaphragm-specific hypertrophy data. <br>

本数据集包含学术论文《杜氏肌营养不良症（Duchenne muscular dystrophy）DE50-MD犬模型的骨骼肌表型》中所用的全部苏木精-伊红（haematoxylin and eosin）组织学数据。
本数据集收录所有原始图像，按股外侧肌（纵向活检数据）与死后样本分为两个文件夹，各文件夹下均根据动物编号设置子文件夹。
另有一个文件夹收录所有膈肌特异性肥大相关的组织学数据。
