Spatiotemporal Integration of Chemical and Biodiversity Monitoring Data Reveals Multi-Driver Patterns in the Three Gorges Reservoir

This repository contains literature-derived and harmonised data used to examine spatiotemporal patterns in chemical pollution, aquatic biodiversity, environmental conditions, human pressures, and ecological management in the Three Gorges Reservoir (TGR), China. The package includes chemical pollution records in surface water, and fish, phytoplankton, and benthic fauna diversity observations, together with other environmental and anthropogenic covariates. It also contains the integrated analysis matrices, partial least-squares regression (PLSR) inputs, analysis code, and model outputs.
