资源简介:
At the end of the study period, we obtained data of arterial blood gases and mean arterial pressure from the nonventilated control mice and mice subjected to VT at 30 mL/kg for 4 h (n = 10 per group). We maintained the normovolemic statuses of mice by monitoring the mean artery pressure. Data are presented as means ± SDs. *indicates that P<0.05 when compared to the nonventilated control mice with room air and †indicates that P<0.05 when compared to all other groups. iPSC = induced pluripotent stem cell; MAP = mean arterial pressure; PIP = peak inspiratory pressure; Src+/− = Src-deficient mice; VT = tidal volume. The physiological data on the nonventilated control groups were similar during the experiment and were used as ventilation start data.
