<b>Table S8.</b> Functional annotation of 873,788 SNPs in the pool-seq dataset using SnpEff. This analysis resulted in 1,162,675 annotations, categorizing the SNPs based on Sequence Ontology mappings, including regions and/or effects. The table includes information on the chromosome, SNP position, chromosome number, <i>Perca fluviatilis</i> feature ID, annotation category, human orthologous gene, zebrafish orthologous gene, perch gene, allele frequency in clear water populations (AF_clear), allele frequency in humic populations (AF_humic), allele frequency difference (AFD), RDA1, RDA2, CSS statistic, CSS p-value, CSS q-value, heterozygosity in clear water populations (HE_clear), and heterozygosity in humic populations (HE_humic).
