LIMMA analysis was used to compare 3 rat striatum samples (total RNA), which were prenatally METH exposed and 3 rat striatum SAL samples (total RNA), which were prenatally SAL exposed. There, in first list, is a list of significantly up-regulated and down-regulated genes <i>(p &lt;</i> 0.05 and logFC &gt; 1) . There, in second list, is a list of up-regulated nad down-regulated genes.
