Nitrates, nitrites and phosphates in pit latrine sludge

Data obtained in the analysis of pit-latrine sludge for nitrate, nitrite and phosphate, using high performance liquid chromatography with a UV detector (HPLC-UV). The processed data revealed that pit-latrine sludge contains high amounts of these analytes which are likely to pollute the neighbouring soils.
