Russia: online public services recipients share 2022, by device

Over 81 percent of Russians who obtained governmental and municipal services in 2022 accessed them from mobile devices of any kind. Furthermore, more than 76 percent used mobile phones or smartphones to get public services, while the share of service recipients from laptops and notebooks was close to 23 percent.
