Genome sequencing and assembly of Coniochaeta spp., C. endophytica, C. prunicola. Coniochaeta

These genomes are released as part of the description of Coniochaeta endophytica sp. nov.: "Coniochaeta endophytica sp. nov., a foliar endophyte associated with healthy photosynthetic tissue of Platycladus orientalis (Cupressaceae)." These sequenced isolates represent the focal species, a close described relative, and some additional closely-related endophytic isolates.
