A mapping population of 374 F3 progeny was created from the cross 'cmsHA89' x 'Ann1238'. The plants were genotyped with SSR primer-pairs. QTLs for days to flower, stem diamter, height of the main stem, number of leaves on main stem, length and width of largest leaf, peduncle length, disc diameter, number of ray flowers, length and width of the ligule of ray flowers. Also two morphologic loci were evaluated.
