The study encompassed AE reports associated with montelukast spanning 84 quarters from Q1 2004 to Q4 2024.A total of 18,613,992 patients with 55,357,463 AE reports were collected. After excluding duplicate reports, there were 21,722 cases involving the target drug, with 101,417 drug adverse events recorded.
