Plant cell wall focused transcriptome and genomic sequence datasets

This collection includes sequencing reads of plant and algal species generated by Illumina HiSeq and Ion Torrent PGM platforms. Transcriptomes include a wide sampling across tissues and plant varieties for comparative expression analysis. Genomes are of plants and algae significant to our research into the synthesis and organisation of plant cell wall, and its polysaccharides. The collection also includes associated phylogenetic and mapping analyses. Additional data will be added over the period of the operation of the Centre of Excellence (2011 - 2017).
