This Dairies Register records particulars required under section 5 (1) of the Dairies Supervision Act, 1901 (Act No.46, 1901) of dairies in the Cudgegong Municipality. The volume includes date of application for registration, name, registration status, address, situation of dairy and milks store, area of land, number of cows milked, other stock, nature of water supply, conditions of premises, number of persons employed and number of carts and other vehicles. It also includes dates and details of subsequent inspections of the dairy.
