Dataset Predictive Customer Modeling in Automotive After-Sales

This dataset contains the complete bibliometric metadata of 365 Scopus-indexed publications related to machine learning-based predictive customer modeling, collected for the systematic literature review. It includes files such as the bibliographic database (SLR Data.bib), outputs from Biblioshiny generated using the Bibliometrix R package, and the set of 17 selected papers used for thematic synthesis. The dataset provides publication details including titles, authors, abstracts, keywords, sources, years, and citation metrics, ensuring transparency, reproducibility, and enabling further bibliometric and thematic analyses in the domain of predictive customer modeling for after-sales services.
