Dataset for "Edge-state competition in a 2D topological insulator-semiconductor heterostructure"

This repository hosts the structures and electronic-structure outputs that for the manuscript “Edge-state competition in a 2D topological insulator-semiconductor heterostructure” (preprint: https://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.2508.12841). It provides relaxed geometries, band structures with and without spin–orbit coupling, and projected band plots for T′-WSe₂ monolayers, T′/H-WSe₂ heterostructures, moiré superlattices, and edge-state calculations. All energies are given in eV and coordinates in Å.
