To explore the effect of LINC01089 on gene expression and alternative splicing, we established stable LINC01089 knockdown cell lines in SK cells and perfromed RNA-seq. We established stable LINC01089 knockdown cell lines in SK cells through lentiviral infection.Then the knockdown groups (sh1089-1 and sh1089-2) and control cells (shNC) were subjected to RNA-seq to explore the effect of LINC01089 on gene expression
