Tactile Educational Resource for Zoological Identification - Footprint of a Maned Wolf (Chrysocyon brachyurus)

This work presents the development of a tactile teaching resource for zoological identification, produced through three-dimensional scanning and additive manufacturing. The resource, representing the footprint of the maned wolf, the largest canid in South America, was developed from the digitization of a real physical matrix and 3D printed, ensuring fidelity to the species' characteristics, such as the elongated arrangement of the toes and the presence of non-retractable claws. The resource includes accessibility elements, such as Braille symbols and a raised-relief legend with visual contrast, aiming for its application in inclusive educational contexts. The material was developed with the potential for large-scale reproduction through digital files, favoring its dissemination and use in different educational contexts.本研究开发了一款用于动物学鉴定的触觉教学教具，其制作采用三维扫描与增材制造工艺。该教具以南美最大犬科动物鬃狼（maned wolf）的足迹为原型，通过对实体母模进行数字化扫描并3D打印制成，高度还原该物种足迹的典型特征：如脚趾呈修长排布、爪不可伸缩。该教具集成了无障碍设计元素，包括盲文标识与高对比度凸纹图例，旨在适配包容性教育场景。本教具依托数字文件即可实现大规模复制，便于在各类教育场景中推广与应用。
