This dataset accompanies the publication “Operational snow hydrological modeling for Switzerland” (Mott et al., 2023; https://doi.org/10.3389/feart.2023.1228158). It provides a climatological record of gridded snow water equivalent and snowmelt runoff for the period 1998–2022, resolved at 1 km spatial and daily temporal scales. All data were generated using the conceptual OSHD Temperature Index Model.
