Anonymized Data

This dataset contains fully anonymized responses collected during the study <i>“Utility and Reliability of a Pediatric Preanesthesia Questionnaire: A Monocentric Prospective Study in a Tunisian Public Hospital.”</i> The Excel file includes demographic variables (age in months, sex, parental education level), type of surgery, and detailed responses to all items of the pediatric preanesthesia questionnaire (Q1–Q43) along with the corresponding clinical evaluation items (E1–E43). Additional variables include ASA classification (questionnaire-derived and clinical assessment). The dataset was used for statistical analyses of accuracy, agreement, and reliability between the questionnaire and the medical assessment.All patient identifiers have been removed, and the dataset is completely de-identified.
