该数据资源为监利市城市运行数据中心提供，每日上报的案件信息来源于监利数字化城市管理系统。城管系统内二级单位负责对城区环境卫生的综合治理：包括大街小巷的清扫、保洁、城区生活垃圾的收集、清运和无害化处理，城乡结合部的乱倾乱倒管理；暴露垃圾、绿地脏乱差、道路不洁、绿化弃料、积存垃圾渣土、道路遗撒、餐厨垃圾和污染等。可促进城管执法从被动响应 到主动治理，推动城市管理向“精细、高效、智慧、共治”。

This data resource is provided by the Urban Operation Data Center of Jianli City. The daily reported case information is sourced from the Jianli Digital Urban Management System. Secondary-level units under the urban administration system are responsible for the comprehensive management of urban environmental sanitation, including sweeping and cleaning of streets and alleys, collection, transportation and harmless treatment of urban domestic waste, and management of unauthorized dumping in urban-rural fringe areas; related tasks also cover exposed garbage, unsanitary conditions in green spaces, unclean road surfaces, greening waste, accumulated garbage and muck, road spillage, kitchen waste and other pollution-related issues. This resource can facilitate the shift of urban management law enforcement from passive response to proactive governance, and promote the development of urban management toward "precision, efficiency, intelligence and co-governance".
