The transcriptomics results showed that the BITC_RES groups had 245 and 1150 more differential genes than the BITC group and RES group, respectively. Among them, the serine protease (splD) in the BITC_RES group was down-regulated about 259.8-fold, which was 259.8-fold and 86.6-fold higher than that in the BITC group and RES group. The library construction process was carried out in several ways. Total RNA sample identification, mRNA enrichment, duplex cDNA synthesis, end repair, A-addition and splicing, fragment selection and PCR amplification, library construction and Illumina sequencing..Raw sequence data was obtained by throughput sequencing, and low qualified reads were removed to obtain clean reads for final use. The filtered sequences were analyzed for genomic localization using Bowtie2 software. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between the control group and each treatment group were screened by DESeq2 software, statistical modeling was performed for the calculation of probability of hypothesis testing (p-value), and finally multiple hypothesis testing was performed for correction to obtain FDR values. The DEGs obtained after screening were imported into the Gene Ontology (GO) comprehensive database and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) comprehensive database to find the corresponding functional annotations and metabolic pathways for enrichment analysis.
