From philosophy to public policy: multidimensional index of living well and the bioeconomy

The constitutional precept of Living Well, tries to be translated into public policies of the Plurinational State of Bolivia (EPB). The great limitation is to move from the philosophical plane to the economic modeling, due to various factors such as: i) limited interpretation of the Andean Cosmovision, whose seed lies in properly understanding native languages such as Aymara and Quechua, ii) lack of a multidimensional index of Living Well (metric) that allows the design of plans, programs and projects, internalizing our philosophy in the construction of indicators that better describe our reality and iii) the need for an articulating piece that allows connecting the philosophical with the economic model, which resides in the productive paradigm known as Bioeconomy, which links the biological that LIFE is with the economic base that resides in what we produce and its social, environmental and cultural impacts, all within the search for a society based on the ontocracy that is the good governance of bio communities.
