This paper focuses on Honeycomb alpha (Hα), a dimensionless cosmic invariant, a purely geometric derivation of the fine-structure constant given by: Hα = (sqrt2)/(120phi)Measured α ≈ 1/137.222... Hα ≈ 1/137.035... (a difference of only 0.13%) It invites the reader to entertain the possible geometric underpinnings of this seemingly arbitrary number that appears in electromagnetic interactions between elementary charged particles. But that's not what we're about here.Honeycomb alpha as presented here has nothing to do with the physics of the coupling constant.
