Data for: Data on selected antimalarial drug resistance markers in Zambia

Blood spots were collected during the survey and analysed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) followed by high resolution melt (HRM) for mutation associated with i) Sulfadoxine resistance in Plasmodium falciparum dihydrofolate reductase (Pfdhfr) ii) Ppyrimethamine resistance in P. falciparum dihydropteroate synthase (Pfdhps), and iii) lumefantrine resistance in P. falciparum multi-drug resistance gene 1 (Pfmdr1).
