This is supporting data for thesis entitled “Roles of Mobile Genetic Elements (MGEs) in the Dissemination of Antibiotic Resistance Genes (ARGs) among Environmental Microbiomes”, where a total collection of 16,364 bacterial complete genomes covering 48 phyla were downloaded from the NCBI genome database. In detail, the metadata of these bacterial genomes contain assembly accession number, taxonomic lineage, as well as potential pathogenicity.
