Algar da Água Archaeological Site (Portugal): Data and results of interventions

The Algar da Água site is a cavity made up of two rooms. It presents remains from the Early Neolithic period to the High Middle Ages. During prehistoric times it presents a varied collection and remains of burials. In the Iron Age, there is a notable presence of a wide variety of engraved panels and offering or dining rituals, associated with fireplaces, deposition of fauna and ceramic and metal artifacts in iron (double-edged knives, etc.). In the Roman period, a large fireplace can be seen in the central area of ​​the main room. The medieval presence is circumstantial. The data presented (geopackage) integrate the observed dispersions and contexts, which can be interpreted by colleagues, from a transversal and interdisciplinary perspective, in order to better understand the data.
