实有人口数据资源由潜江一标三实管理系统采集生产而来，基于公安户籍人口、政法委人口、居住人口、流动人口等多源数据融合整理，由社区网格员核查上门现场采集并经数据治理形成实有人口数据成果。

The Real Population Data Resources are collected and generated by the Qianjiang "One Standard, Three Realities" Management System. They are integrated and consolidated from multi-source data covering public security registered population, population data from the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, resident population, and floating population, and finally formed as finalized real population data products through on-site door-to-door collection and verification by community grid workers, as well as subsequent data governance processes.
