YOUBLUE: Exploring an Embodied Robotic Biofeedback System for Interoceptive Sensibility

This dataset contains anonymized quantitative data from the study “YOUBLUE: Exploring an Embodied Robotic Biofeedback System for Interoceptive Sensibility.” The dataset includes data from 91 participants assigned to either a respiration-driven or heartbeat-driven robotic biofeedback condition. The measures include the Brief State Interoceptive Sensibility Scale (BSIS), Self-Assessment Manikin (SAM) valence and arousal ratings, and the six-item short form of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI-6), collected before and after the interaction.
