Analytical Coding Matrix of 100 Prominent Public Procurement Corruption Case Studies in Ukraine (2022–2025)

This analytical dataset represents the final coding matrix of 100 unique, prominent public procurement malpractice and corruption cases analyzed between 2022 and 2025. The matrix structures expert content analysis and case studies across multiple methodological parameters, including procurement sectors, levels of purchasing authorities, media genres, and geographical macros-regions. Crucially, it tracks and measures media effectiveness by quantifying types of resonance, verbal responses from officials, and concrete institutional/legal reactions (such as audits, cancellations, or criminal investigations), alongside calculating time lags for each reaction. This matrix is the primary analytical deliverable of a PhD dissertation research titled "Ukrainian Online Media as a Factor in Ensuring Public Procurement Transparency" (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv).
