Focusing on the two most fundamental urban functions—residence and employment—this dataset adopts a people-centered perspective to assess their matching degree. Specifically, it evaluates neighborhoods or clusters across three dimensions: job-housing ratio, employment balance index, and resident balance index, so as to differentiate scenarios including job-housing balance, job-housing mismatch, surplus of employed workers, and surplus of labor force.
