Expresion data from yeast (wild type strain and pat1 mutant) exposed to Congo Red (CR)

We did transcription profiling on the effect of PAT1 (moonlight protein whose most studied function is to degrade mRNA.) deletion in genes involved in Congo Red response (2 hours of treatment). Three biological samples for wild type strain and pat1 mutant were analyzed. Two microarray experiments were carried out for each biological sample: 1. absence of the drug 2. presence of 30 microg/ml of Congo Red for two hours
