Intestinal colonization due to antimicrobial-resistant Gram-negative bacteria (AR-GNB) often precedes clinical infection and significantly contributes to the spread of antimicrobial resistance. This study explores the clinical, epidemiological, and microbiome factors associated with AR-GNB colonization in Chilean adults.
