The second and third columns indicate if the individual genomes of each VC (first column) are within a single clade, or are in separate clades. There are cases where a single clade contains more than one VC. Not included means that prophages of this VC were not in the TerL or MCP phylogeny due to the BlastX cut-off for marker selection.
