In the project an intervention study was conducted in two samples where it was studied if tailored information based on stage of change towards eating less beef provided through a website results in better reduction of beef consumption, changes in psychological predictors of beef consumption and progression to stages of change closer to behavior. The target group were people living in Norway above the age of 17.
