Two UV-induced mouse tumors were sequenced for determination of non-synonymous single nucleotide variants that could be potential neoantigens for TCR-engineered T cell therapy (TCR-therapy). Additionally, tumor heterogeneity was determined by comparing mutational landscape of multiple different cancer cell clones and also of different tumor fragments generated from the original autochthonous tumor. Data were used to demonstrate that TCR-therapy can effectively target heterogenous tumors targeting autochthonous unmanipulated neoantigen.
