Genome Assembly and Annotation of 84K

<em>Populus alba</em> × <em>P. glandulosa</em> clone 84K is widely cultivated and used as a model tree in the molecular research of woody plants because it is very easy for gene transformation. In this study, we performed PacBio sequencing and assembled the genome with a size of 781.36 Mb (mega base).
