Transcriptional changes during astrocyte maturation in vivo at single cell resolution II

Analysis of gene expression during striatal astrocyte maturation in vivo in mouse by scRNA-Seq. This series includes a larger dataset with defined genetic background. In vivo astrocytes were purified from male C57BL/6 mice using anti-ACSA2 MACS at indicated ages. Cells were analysed by 10X-Genomics scRNA-Seq. Similar design as GSE152222 (used in preprint Lattke et al., bioRxiv 2020; doi: https://doi.org/ 10.1101/2020.04.28.066043), but larger dataset for revised manuscript, with consistent defined genetic background and male animals)
